Biography
Explosive centre/winger came to the Canberra district in 1991 from Kyogle. Nagas represented the Australian Schoolboys on the tour of England in 1991 and was graded by the Raiders the following year. In 1994 he made his debut for Country and NSW before rounding off a great year by scoring two tries in Canberra's 36-12 thrashing of C’bury in the grand final. In 1997 Nagas was selected in all five Super League Tests but was not able to break back into rep football after the reunification of the game. Injuries forced his eventual retirement in 2002, although he returned to training with the Raiders in 2004 and contemplated a comeback that did not eventuate.

A great player indeed!!

Ken Nagas SHOULD hold the club record for the most tries in a game with 6 vs Halifax in 1997 Super League World Club Championship?

A great bloke, good player and like a lot of them, injuries bought his footballing career to a premature end. I played junior representative football with Kenny when he lived in Bundaberg and he improved immensely after leaving school and entering into the professional ranks at the Raiders. I, like many others who new Kenny as a kid, thought he would go on and play for the QLD Maroons rather than the NSW Blues. Great memories.
